It is with heartfelt gratitude and excitement that I welcome you to a new school year at Wilson Elementary. My name is Minden Byrne King, and I am honored to serve as the new principal of this wonderful school—a place that holds deep personal and professional meaning for me.
 
Raised in this very community and now returning in a leadership role, I bring with me over 29 years of experience in education as a teacher, reading specialist, principal, superintendent and county administrator. At the heart of my work is a commitment to creating a school culture where every student feels known, every family feels valued, and every staff member feels supported. I look forward to partnering with you as we nurture a positive, engaging, and high-achieving environment for all.
