Goal #1:
Wilson Elementary will teach social-emotional competencies, improve student engagement (including attendance), and reduce problem behavior in school.
Goal #2:
Wilson Elementary will continue building collective efficacy to collaboratively design and deliver a quality comprehensive educational program for all students.
Goal #3:
Wilson Elementary will provide efficient and effective interventions for students who are at risk of not meeting the end-of-year grade-level standards.
Goal #4:
Wilson Elementary will establish strong community and parent partnerships by offering multiple opportunities to connect, engage, and understand students’ educational progress.
Goal #5:
Wilson Elementary will improve building facilities and beautify school grounds to create a more welcoming and inviting environment for students, families, and the wider community.
